摘要：

他汀类药物是治疗动脉粥样硬化的传统常规药物,不仅能够降低血脂,还具有抗炎、改善血管内皮功能、减少缺血再灌注损伤、抗氧化应激、调节神经内分泌等作用。然而长期使用他汀类药物也会出现一些不良反应。笔者对他汀类药物的临床应用及不良反应进行综述。
