摘要：

<正>溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)是病因不十分清楚的一种慢性非特异性肠道炎症性疾病,主要侵犯直肠、结肠,是炎症性肠病(inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)的一种。我国已于1978年、1993年、2000年、2007年、2012年分别制订了5版关于UC诊断及治疗规范,这些版本在治疗理念上不断发展变化,体现了对该病的理解不断深入。解
