摘要：

动脉粥样硬化(AS)是动脉硬化的一种常见类型,近年来,随着我国人民物质生活水平的提高,饮食结构与生活方式的改变,AS所致的心脑血管疾病特别是心血管疾病已经成为危害人类健康的主要疾病之一。从AS斑块的病理学特征入手,对其检测手段和临床治疗的研究情况进行了归纳,认为应加强AS斑块稳定性的基础和临床研究,为临床服务。
