<正>慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease)是一种以持续气流受限为特征的可以预防和治疗的疾病,发病率、致残率和死亡率高[1]。慢阻肺患者出现不同程度的活动受限、心理障碍,社会适应能力减低,极大的影响患者生活质量。肺康复运动训练能有效减轻慢阻肺患者的呼吸困难症状,提高运动耐量和健康相关生活质量,减少住院次数和住院天数。肺康复运动训练作为慢阻肺管理的
