摘要：

Information-based acquisition explores acquisition management law from the perspective of information.In this article,the significance and status of researches on information-based acquisition are discussed,the necessity to carry out information-based acquisition research is clarified,and some key problems such as methodology in researches on information-based acquisition are pointed out.
