摘要：

急性髓细胞白血病是一种常见的血液系统恶性肿瘤,发病率随着年龄的增加而上升,传统治疗以联合化疗为主,患者的完全缓解率和长期无病生存率均不高。近年来,随着对急性髓细胞白血病发病机制的研究的不断深入,其临床治疗也取得了突破性的进展。本文综述了急性髓细胞白血病发生机制和临床治疗方法的新进展,分析这些治疗方法所存在的问题,并对未来急性髓细胞白血病的临床治疗方法进行展望。
