摘要
本文以消费者为视角,在回顾了消费者对企业社会责任认知的基础上,评介了西方学者在企业社会责任与消费者响应关系、以及从消费者视角对企业社会责任的测评体系等方面的研究成果,并扼要指出了西方学者的研究成果对我们的启示。
