呼吸肌训练在脑卒中患者肺康复中的应用进展

摘要
脑卒中患者常伴有多种功能障碍,给个人、家庭及社会均带来极大负担。呼吸功能障碍在脑卒中患者中较普遍,呼吸肌训练是目前有效缓解患者呼吸系统症状、改善呼吸功能的常用肺康复手段之一。本文对呼吸肌训练在脑卒中患者肺康复中的应用进行综述,着重阐述脑卒中患者呼吸功能障碍的可能原因、呼吸肌训练作用及实施,以期为脑卒中患者肺康复提供新的思路与参考。
