摘要：

文章利用调查数据,分析了黄淮海地区苜蓿产业发展概况,通过建立计量模型,进一步分析了黄淮海不同地区农户风险类型、家庭特征和经营特征、对订单种植苜蓿的认知程度以及外部环境对农户订单种植苜蓿参与意愿的影响,根据计量结果,进一步提出了推动该地区订单种植苜蓿发展的政策建议。
