光照对季节性情感障碍的治疗研究

摘要：

季节性情感障碍是指每年同一时期反复发作的抑郁性情感精神疾病,对人们的日常工作和生活产生了严重的负面影响。采用非药物治疗手段的光照治疗季节性情感障碍是一种有效的方法。文章研究了季节性情感障碍的病因、褪黑素与季节性情感障碍的关系,探讨了光疗通过抑制褪黑素来治疗季节性情感障碍的作用机制,分析了不同光谱成分对人体的光生物学效应,认为蓝、绿光谱的治疗效果较为明显。
