摘要：

<正>荨麻疹是以突然出现的风团、瘙痒和/或血管性水肿为特征的皮肤疾患[1-2]。据估计,12%22%的人一生中都经历过这类症状[2],其中约25%的患者可能发展为慢性荨麻疹[3]。未经治疗的荨麻疹直接或间接地影响患者的健康指数,降低患者的生活质量[1,4]。荨麻疹对患者造成的不良影响使得及时诊断和治疗十分重要。1病理生理学
