摘要：

校本指导教师的素质是提高英格兰教师培训指导质量的关键因素之一,2016年7月英格兰TSC应教育部的要求颁布了英格兰《校本教师培养指导教师国家标准》。本文主要对该校本指导教师标准的制定背景、制定组织与流程及内容进行了分析和解读。
