摘要：

本文利用2013年CHFS微观调查数据考察了移民经历和户籍地位对城市家庭住房拥有率的影响。在对移民家庭的样本选择问题和户籍地位的内生性问题做妥善控制的条件下,本文发现,移民身份只是有限地延缓了移民家庭获得自有住房的进程,而无法获得当地城市户籍则会在根本上抑制家庭的住房需求,这可能是源于非户籍移民面临更大的未来不确定性和职业不稳定性。
