摘要：

<正>颅脑损伤的幸存者中有50%受累于继发性脑损害(second brain insult,SBI)。尽管原发性神经损害的逆转较为困难,但继发性脑损害却是可以尽量减少或控制的[1],这也是颅脑损伤救治的重点所在。本文就近年来继发性脑损害的发病机制及监测进展作一综述。
