国际学术期刊论文同行评审及其利益冲突问题探究

摘要：

国际学术期刊论文评审是同行评审中的一个重要实践领域,对其及利益冲突问题进行研究具有重要意义。文章通过总结其论文评审的一般程序,阐述了当前国际学术期刊论文评审中的利益冲突现状及其类型。在此基础上探讨了国际学术期刊论文评审利益冲突的防范与规避措施,认为制定专业、隐名、外部的评审制度以及利益披露与回避等方面的政策是防范与规避利益冲突的重要措施。
