摘要：

心型脂肪酸结合蛋白是近几年国内外研究较多的一种新型心脏生化标志物,其心肌特异性强,在心肌细胞受损后可早期快速大量释放入外周血中,对于急性心肌损伤的早期诊断及预后判断均有很大的临床意义。本文就心型脂肪酸结合蛋白在急性冠脉综合征中的临床应用前景做一综述。
