摘要：

在知识密集型产业快速发展的背景下,创新集群与合作网络成为促进地方经济发展与竞争力提升的重要工具。本文构建了基于集群/网络的分析框架,探析了创新集群与合作网络的作用,并对巴西巴拉那地区创新集群与合作网络的发展实践作了实证分析,最后提出了基于集群/网络发展模式的政策含义。
