社会支持及其对心理健康的作用机制

摘要：
社会支持是个体从其所拥有的社会关系中获得的精神上和物质上的支持,它调节着压力和身心健康之间的关系。良好的社会支持有助于个体身心健康的发展,反之则会损害个体的身心健康。社会支持的不同成分对个体身心健康的作用不同,同时还会受到依恋风格、人格、情境和文化等因素的影响。社会支持对心理健康的作用机制主要有主效应模型、缓冲机制模型和动态效应模型。
