摘要：

<正>原发性肝癌（primary carcinoma of the liver,PLC）是指由肝细胞、肝内胆管上皮细胞或两者混和发生的恶性肿瘤。流行病学研究证实,肝癌已跃居世界恶性肿瘤致死病因第2位[1],中国每年约有38.3万人死于肝癌,约占世界的51%,病死率也跃居我国恶性肿瘤致死原因第2位[2]。PLC的治疗方法日新月异,尤其是非手术治疗方法得到进一步认可,生物疗法及综合治疗的理念越来受到青睐。现将有关PLC
