区块链技术被认为是继蒸汽机、电力、信息和互联网革命后,引发第五次人类社会颠覆性变革的技术,并开始在教育教学领域产生影响,尤其是在大学入学选拔、学习成绩单、学习认证、学分转移、学位证书等诸多方面得以初步发展和应用。文章通过追踪、检索有关区块链技术发展应用方面的各类文献资料,并重点关注教育教学区块链技术应用机构和专家的观点,从区块链成绩单、基于区块链技术的学习者资源管理和学习账本等三个方面,呈现了区块链技术在全球教育领域的发展和应用现状,以及区块链技术在教育教学应用过程中存在的问题和挑战。
