原发性骨质疏松症的病因学研究进展

摘要
原发性骨质疏松症包括绝经期后骨质疏松症与老年性骨质疏松症,此病严重后果会导致骨质疏松性骨折,患者遭受轻微创伤即可发生相应部位骨折,常见骨折部位包括脊椎、髋部、前臂,其中椎体、髋部骨折可显著增加患者病残率、致死率。女性人群中因骨质疏松导致骨折人数较患心脏病、中风、乳腺癌人数的总和还要多。骨质疏松症不仅影响患者身心健康、生活质量,还会导致巨额医疗消耗,因此逐步明确其病因显得尤为重要。国内外学者近年来研究发现,原发性骨质疏松症病因与内分泌因素、遗传因素、营养状况、物理因素、生活方式及心理状况等均有相关性。本文通过对相关文献的查阅,将原发性骨质疏松症病因学研究进展进行综述。
