摘要
尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶是一种多亚单位酶复合体,是细胞中一种可诱发的电子传递系统。尼克酰胺腺嘌呤二核苷酸磷酸氧化酶目前被认为是血管内生成活性氧的主要酶体,它的激活受蛋白激酶C等信号途径介导。研究表明NADPH氧化酶和近年来新发现的gp91phox同工酶即NOX蛋白家族可能通过损伤血管内皮、促进低密度脂蛋白氧化等参与动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。
