摘要：

有关 QT间期离散度 ( QTd)的争议 ,已成为近年来心电学界的一个热点 ,因此也使不少读者对 QTd的方法学、临床应用和意义及其发生机制产生不少误解和迷惑。应广大读者的要求 ,本刊特编发此文 ,旨在使读者对 QTd目前的争议及进展有一较全面的了解 ,以推动对 QTd的发生机制和临床应用进行更深入的研究 ,并寻找更可靠和有效的预测恶性室性心律失常的方法。另外 ,由于我国学者当时在介绍此方法时 ,忽略了两个重要问题 :1 2导同步记录以及目前还不能用于临床 ,因此有必要在此编者按中着重提出 ,望能引起读者的重视
