企业家资源、动态能力和企业创业期的绩效——兼与台湾高科技企业的对比研究

摘要：

在一个快速变化的市场中,企业家资源及其动态能力对提升高科技企业创业期的绩效有着至关重要的影响。本文通过对北京、上海、深圳、西安、青岛、沈阳等地的高科技创业企业进行问卷调研,应用SPSS17.0和AMOS17.0统计软件对数据进行量化分析,论证了动态能力在企业家资源和创业期绩效之间起着调和杠杆作用。实证结果表明:企业家资源对外部合作者合作意愿与动态能力有显著正向影响;动态能力对创业期绩效有显著正向影响;外部合作者合作意愿对动态能力的正向影响不显著。且将其结果与台湾高科技企业的相关研究结果进行对比分析,主要集中于提高创业期动态能力的理解,从而提高高科技创业公司的资源基础观。
