摘要：

急性卒中患者极易并发感染,严重影响预后。随着卒中相关性感染发病机制研究的不断深入,其相关危险因素亦越来越明确,包括卒中严重程度、卒中类型和部位、营养不良、糖尿病、吞咽障碍、意识障碍、侵袭性操作、制酸药的使用等。文章对卒中相关性感染的主要危险因素进行了综述。
