基于内部能力、联盟网络的组织学习和技术创新

摘要：
基于组织学习和社会资本理论,由于一个行业知识基础的复杂性、宽泛性和专业技术的分散性,创新更多地是在学习网络中产生。企业间合作的大规模性反映了一个基本的、普遍的对接近知识的关注。提出了通过联盟网络实现组织学习的观点,并研究外部网络、内部能力、技术创新和组织柔性之间的关系。
