摘要：

本文首次尝试提出了金融环境约束因素对商业银行经济资本管理的影响机理,构建了金融环境约束与商业银行经济资本管理的结构关系理论模型,丰富了经济资本管理领域的模型理论,为进一步实证研究分析金融环境约束因素对商业银行经济资本管理的影响力度奠定了基础。
