摘要：

依托考昔是一种高选择性环氧化酶-2(COX-2)抑制药,具有疗效显著、起效迅速、半衰期长、胃肠道反应轻等优点。该文对依托考昔的药理学、药动学及临床应用等方面研究进展进行综述。
