酪啡肽对仔猪离体胃窦粘膜分泌胃泌素的影响

摘要：

以表面灌流系统探讨了 β 酪啡肽7(β CM7)对仔猪胃窦粘膜分泌胃泌素的影响。实验结果表明 ,β CM7能显著促进胃窦粘膜分泌胃泌素 (2 9 3% ,P <0 0 1 ) ,且此效应不可被纳络酮 (Nal)逆转 (P <0 0 1 )。酪蛋白的胃蛋白酶水解液也能促进胃窦粘膜分泌胃泌素 (46 6 % ,P <0 0 5 ) ,Nal亦不可逆转 (P <0 0 5 )此效应。
