摘要：

介绍王德明教授对于非酒精性脂肪性肝病的学术思想和临证经验。王教授认为脾虚肝郁,痰湿内蕴为本病的基本病机,且瘀血在疾病的发生发展中起着重要作用,在治疗过程中调肝运脾,理气化痰同时,灵活运用化瘀法,辨病与辨证相结合,分期论治,中西互参,并注重疾病的调护,身心同治。
