经颅直流电刺激在脑卒中后康复的应用

摘要
<正>卒中是全球死亡的主要原因之一,全球每年大约1500万人罹患脑卒中,其中将近600万人死亡,500万人遗留永久性残疾,造成相当大的负担。卒中后遗症将会影响肢体功能和日常生活。3/4的患者在住院期间日常生活能力受到影响,只有1/3的患者能够完全恢复[1]。约有30%66%的卒中患者,在发病6个月后患侧肢体的功能仍没有恢复[2]。因此,神经功能康复是十分必要的[3]。经颅直流电刺激(t DCS)是新
