摘要：

骨关节炎是老年人群中极其常见的疾病,目前尚无完全有效的治疗方法。药物治疗作为骨关节炎的一线治疗手段在改善临床症状,延缓疾病发展方面具有重要的作用。近年来随着临床医师对治疗药物的使用增多,对药物的疗效及副作用方面的理解也越来越多。本文就骨关节炎的药物治疗方面的研究进展及展望进行综述,以期对临床治疗提供参考。
