摘要：

<正>腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)因为具有微创、恢复快、切口美观等优点已成为治疗胆囊良性疾病的"金标准"[1]。近年来,欧美国家在腹腔镜微创的基础上将日间手术模式(ambulatory surgery mode,ASM)广泛应用于LC,取得了不错的经济和社会效益[2,3]。国内由于缺少康复旅馆、日间照护病房等与日间手术中心相配套的社区卫生机构[4];存在外科医生对ASM认识不足、患者接受
