关税减让、汇率升值与农户福利——基于价格传导视角

本文基于价格传导视角,利用1997—2014年中国25个省份的面板数据,实证分析了关税减让与汇率升值对国内工农产品消费价格与农户工资率的影响,并进一步测度了农户福利的变化及其福利分配效应。研究表明,从价格传导的视角来看,关税减让显著提升了农户的福利水平,且其福利分配效应更偏向于高收入组农户和东部发达地区;而人民币汇率升值对农户福利的提升作用相对较小,其福利分配效应的偏向性并不明确,主要取决于不同农户在具体年份的收入结构和消费结构差异。
