摘要：

在采用气相或液相色谱进行农药残留分析时,基质效应会严重影响对某些待测物的准确定量与定性,对基质效应进行考察评估并采取有效措施进行消除或补偿,是进行农药残留分析方法开发及验证过程中不可或缺的一个重要环节。通过总结相关文献,并结合自身的研究工作,综述了农药残留分析中基质效应的定义、类型、产生原因及影响因素,重点对基质效应的补偿与校正措施进行了阐述。
