摘要：

粤港澳大湾区规划是广东积极投身一带一路建设的历史机遇。未来应加快沿海城市带发展,以港深为核、珠江为轴、沿海为带,形成"T"字型空间结构,发展包括五大城市圈等23座城市,构成"一核一轴一带五圈"的空间结构。坚持发挥市场的决定性作用和中央政府的统筹作用。以开放推动转型升级,全面提升粤港澳大湾区对内经济辐射功能与对外国际化水平。
