黑质注射脂多糖致大鼠黑质纹状体多巴胺含量下降

摘要
目的 :探讨黑质内注射脂多糖对黑质纹状体系统单胺类递质的影响。方法 :将 2 0只SD大鼠随机分成A、B、C 3组和对照组D ,取各组大鼠纹状体和黑质组织 ,采用高压液相色谱 电化学法 (HPLC ECD)检测该部位的单胺类递质含量。结果 :A、B、C 3组纹状体、黑质部位多巴胺及其代谢产物含量明显并持续降低 ,较D组均有显著性差异 ,但纹状体、黑质部位 5 羟色胺含量仅有一过性变化。结论 :黑质内注射脂多糖能使纹状体、黑质多巴胺及其代谢产物含量显著下降
