摘要：

国家创新系统这一研究范式是演化理论与历史制度分析融合的产物。近年来,学术界和政策制定者已对它广泛应用,但也存在一些误解。本文拟通过回顾Christopher Freeman,R ichard Nelson和Bengt-Ake Lundvall等学者的重要文献来实现对该理论的"返璞归真",凸显社会各子系统的协调演进对于一个国家长期创新发展的深刻意义。
