近5年SCI源期刊艾灸论文分析

摘要：

检索《科学引文索引》(SCI)源期刊近5年所收录的艾灸论文,以了解近年艾灸研究的国际动态,为艾灸更好的走向国际提供参考。采用网上检索与数据库查阅相结合的方法,检索到116篇关于艾灸的文章,来自40种期刊,多数出自英美国家,影响因子最高的是Stroke,为5.729;期刊数量及影响因子均不及针刺文章,就自身比较,艾灸研究的深度、广度均在逐年提高;艾灸涉及病种以消化系统、运动系统、泌尿生殖系统为多;文献种类以临床观察、机制研究类为主;艾灸相关性研究包括艾灸剂量、艾灸的安全性。据此认为艾灸有效性的国际认可度、艾灸操作的规范化、标准化研究等均为今后亟待解决的问题。
