二苯乙烯苷对痴呆小鼠学习记忆及自由基代谢的影响

摘要
目的观察二苯乙烯苷 (TSG)对 β 淀粉样肽致痴呆 (AD)模型小鼠学习记忆及自由基代谢的影响。 方法向小鼠右侧脑室定向注射Aβ1 40 建立痴呆模型 ,并以TSG灌胃预防给药 ,各组小鼠均作Morris水迷宫及避暗测试后进行丙二醛 (MDA)含量、单胺氧化酶 (MAO B)活性、总抗氧化能力 (T AOC)的测定。结果与对照组相比 ,模型组小鼠学习记忆能力降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,大脑皮层MDA含量和MAO B活性显著升高 (P <0 0 1) ;TSG能明显提高模型小鼠学习记忆能力 (P <0 0 1) ,明显降低皮层MDA含量(P <0 0 1)和降低MAO B活性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,并提高皮层总抗氧化能力 (T AOC) (P <0 0 1)。结论TSG能明显提高学习记忆能力 ,减轻大脑脂质过氧化水平 ,对AD的防治具有良好的应用前景。
