回顾1986年-1995年中资料较全的5次灾害所致大五伤员的入院前处理，从灾害急救医学观点讨论灾害发生后入院前与大量伤员处理密切相关的急救通讯、检伤分类、现场急救、伤员运送等重要环节，提出存在的问题，吸取经验教训，以利提高救灾医疗水平．
