主动脉夹层的CT诊断

摘要：

本文报道了CT检查主动脉夹层17例。主动脉夹层的典型CT表现为内膜钙化内移、撕裂的内膜瓣片及真、假腔的显示等。本组运用动态扫描及薄层扫描显示夹层效果较好。文中并讨论了本病的鉴别诊断。
