对作为经验的欧美人类种系基因编辑立法的省思

摘要：

面对人类种系基因编辑带来的伦理争议,如何借鉴西方立法经验受到重视。欧美国家的制度经验主要立足于其自身的文化传统和伦理情境。是否需要将人类种系基因修饰视为禁忌,有待于商榷。更重要的是,西方的伦理及法制经验的"普遍主义"和"地方性"还需要进一步讨论。
