后循环缺血的治疗

摘要：

后循环缺血系指椎基底动脉系统短暂性脑缺血发作和脑梗死,预后不如前循环缺血,其治疗与前循环缺血相似,但由于基底动脉闭塞病死率更高,因此通常采取更为积极的治疗,如溶栓治疗(尤其是动脉溶栓)和血管内治疗,而且治疗时间窗更长。文章对后循环缺血的治疗做了综述。
