降钙素原在颅内感染中的临床应用研究进展

摘要：

降钙素原(PCT)作为一种新型炎症指标,目前正逐渐被广泛应用于临床,在颅内感染尤其是细菌性感染和病毒性感染诊断中,可能具有优越的敏感性和特异性。近年来研究证实,PCT在颅内感染的诊断、病情评估、预后、鉴别诊断及指导用药等方面扮演着越来越重要的角色。因此,本文就PCT的分子结构及来源、代谢特点、生物学特性以及在颅内感染中的临床价值作一综述。
