选择性动脉造影及栓塞术的并发症

摘要：

作者对541例选择性动脉造影和60例动脉栓塞术中的16例有重要临床意义的并发症进行了分析、与动脉造影术有关的并发症9例(1.6%);其中2例为穿刺部位的大血肿.7例为靶动脉的内膜下注射。与动脉栓塞术有关的并发症7例(11.6%);其中1例为反流性脑误栓,5例为非预期性组织缺血乃至干性坏疽,另1例为栓子所致血管破裂。这里结合典型病例对这些并发症的原因、危害性以及预防和处理方法,扼要地加以评论。
