干细胞MRI活体示踪磁探针标记方法原理及进展

摘要
使用MRI能够进行活体示踪经MR磁探针标记的干细胞移植后的动态变化情况,而如何对干细胞进行MRI磁探针标记是其关键所在。基于不同的原理,目前干细胞的MRI磁探针标记方法较多,其特点迥异,了解不同标记方法的原理和特点有利于在进行干细胞的MRI活体示踪研究时选择最合适的方法。
