企业知识搜索战略、技术不确定性与突破性创新关系研究

摘要：

研究了知识搜索战略(搜索宽度与搜索深度)对突破性创新的影响,以及技术不确定性在知识搜索战略与突破性创新关系中的调节作用。通过对182家高新技术企业的实证研究发现,搜索深度正向影响突破性创新,技术不确定性负向调节宽度搜索与突破性创新的关系,并正向调节搜索深度与突破性创新的关系。最后,探讨了研究结论的管理启示及未来研究方向。
