摘要：

猪水疱病是猪的一种急性、热性、接触性病毒性传染病,其临床表现主要为蹄部和口、鼻等出现水疱或溃烂为特征。猪水疱病的流行对畜牧业生产和国际经济贸易构成严重威胁,由于在临诊症状方面与口蹄疫难以区别,因而对本病的防制具有非常重要的经济和政治意义,因而对该病的准确诊断极其重要。本文中主要从病原学诊断、血清学诊断、核酸诊断和鉴别诊断方面对猪水泡病诊断进行了较全面的阐述,为猪水泡病的诊断提供参考,以期为科学防制提供参考。
