智能型靶向纳米给药系统-提高肿瘤治疗效果的新途径

摘要
利用纳米技术进行恶性肿瘤的治疗是目前生物技术领域中最前沿的研究课题。由纳米技术和纳米材料结合后所产生的纳米给药系统与游离药物相比,延长了药物在肿瘤内的存留时间,有利减慢肿瘤的生长,降低毒副作用。本文仅就纳米给药系统在肿瘤靶向治疗中的研究进展作一综述。
